"Upon arrival, inspected unit found that actuator was not shifting. Also, the splotch was damaged, replaced splotch shift, actuator and drive belt. Retested unit unit is no longer making noise and past all tests. I also calibrated the unit and ran it through a diagnostic cycles. All are normal now all parts of my truck. Used 1 W10721967 (Cam), 1 W11239857 (Drive belt), and 1 W11481722 (Shift actuator) from stock"
