Found the unit has a f7e1 error code. Found the motor open on the windings. I replaced the sump and motor assembly and ran a diagnostic tested. The drain pump was louder the pan normally on initial power up but thats because it was running dry. After running water and doing a diagnostic cycle all functions worked and sounded normally. All functions now ok and I removed the error codes stored. Job completed.

Found the valve cycled on and off as normal but the issue with the exhaust duct inside the dryer was very restricted. I removed all debris and blockages. "Since the issue at hand couldnt be tested wit tools, I gave called Electrolux for assistance and spoke with Mike, I have explained to Mike what he lady owner main concern was, and he recommended replacing the heater element with NTC. NOTE, The unit is of level and lady owner is trying to synchronize Mike Diamond with Us for the same day same time service so they could bring the dryer down for me to perform needed repair, and to install the washer and dryer on a level fashion. Please make sure to pop the questions when scheduling my return. Cx complaint unit wont spark up everytime. Sometimes keeps igniting and wont spark up and smells gas. Found loose ignitor at 5/16 nut. Tighten and made contact between ignitor and burner about lil less than 1/4 inch and then installed properly. Tested in front of customer. Unit now working as designed. No more issues. Cx approved
