"Before going to this car, I spoke with two managers about this call we have been out to numerous times for the same issues freezing over and cooling issues was advised by RS to order a three-way valve. Compressor condenser and all the parts regarding the silt system. this job we need a three job count and I will need to go back out scheduled with either service manager that is available due to the escalation and multiple times that we have been to this call. I have gotten multiple SR numbers on this unit and Whirlpool keeps wanting me to go back and change parts, Ive ran every check possible check for frost patterns on both fresh food and freezer compartment.
