Installed new unit. Tested new unit. New unit operation as designed.

Found ice makers inlet water leaking down the panel to the evaporator when filling up. Had water inlet tube adjusted

Customer concerned with noise coming from unit when in use. I removed rotor and slider and inspected for wear. All tests good. I tightened rotor bolt to specs and tested. All tests good.

Unit not dispensing ice. I tested unit and found stuck auger assy. I cleared auger and tested. All tests good.

"Upon arrival found unit with left rear burner no light up. Check the unit and found the park wire was not plugged in correctly on this spark module. Additional the door clips on the bottom for the oven compartment, wasnt correctly attached to the door glass causing the glass was popping up on the bottom portion. Adjust the wire for this module and the door clips. Retest the unit and now unit is working properly. Job complete"

Unit was uninstalled upon arrival. Cx will be reinstalling. The unit was not draining despite having voltage to the pump. I replaced the pump with preID part. Unit is now draining normally.

Cycled unit and found f8e1 low fill no fill. Checked watervalve and found water valve is clogged. Cleared blockage and retested. unit now working as designed, job completed

Loud during use. Mostly when clothes are drying.Found loud pulley. Removed and replaced w truck stock repair kit. Tested now working as designed ; used 1 4392065 (Dryer repair kit) from stock

Upon arrival inspected unit was not locking due to broken strike. replace strike and tested unit. Unit is now working as intended. Also did a factory calibration for the consumer job complete

Replaced the water filter head it was leaking water when filter was removed. Tested after repair all ok.

upon arrival inspected unit from the unit had a sheet of ice on the lower shelf in the freezer compartment causing unit to not cool correctly and close correctly. Found a clogged drain cleared the drain also replaced the evaporator fan and harness that comes with the bimetal unit is now working as intended job complete

Found drain plug loosely plugged into the drain pump wire connector this was causing intermittent draining issue. Connected the wire connector fully. Tested after repair all ok

Customer stated ice maker is not working. Removed and replaced ice maker and heat treated door seal. Tested all works good at this time.

Customer stated that the unit stopped mid cycle and gave error code. I went into diagnostic and found code for open ribbon cable at touch panel. I reseated ribbon cable and tested. All tests good.

Unit filter is stuck in housing. All other ops normal Removed housing. Installed new one. Installed filter. Now filter comes out and goes in properly. Now working as designed

Drain pump impeller is chipped.replaced drain pump and actuator .ran diagnostic cycle successfully without error codes displayed or interruption.washer now working properly.

F2e1 stuck key. Installed new console and programmed. All ops now working as designed.
