Upon arrival inspected unit found that unit would not unlock. Tested lid latch lid latch was not working replace lid latch tested unit unit passed all test job complete

Upon arrival inspected unit found that road and it was almost completely backed out. I had a new one in my bag replace that with some blue Loctite tested unit unit is no longer making noise in passing your test job complete

Found unit with a faulted drain pump. Hums but doesnt pump out water. No blockage in propeller. Removed and replaced. Tested. Unit is working properly.

Upon arrival replaced broken timer and knob. Unit is working as intended job complete.
