James was an awesome technician. Friendly, kind, knowledgeable and did the job quickly. Overall experience was outstanding.

James has been nothing short of great. However, the person in charge of declaring our appliance a lemon/non repairable hasn’t been so great. Today will be the 8th time James has come out. We have been dealing with the same problem since August. This should have been taken care right away. I can not go to our local laundry mat because most of the time their washers/dryers don’t work or the environment is not safe. We have a pile of clothes we haven’t washed since August stored away in our garage. Situation likes ours need to be resolved faster. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with the process.
