Found unit making loud grinding noise. Removed top. Found belt and pulley ok. Noise coming off screw jammed between tub and door. Removed screw. Tested. No more noise issue. Now working as designed.

Intermittent noise. Found comes from diffuser. Removed and replaced diffuser. Tested now working as designed

Dispenser not dispensing water. Pad is responding. But no water. Ice bucket full. Reservoir could be frozen cx has no airflow in refrigerator compartment. Cx has temp set to 33 degrees. Cx instruct on airflow and temps. Set to 36 and ordering reservoir and most water parts just in case. ; ordrng 1 W11204869 (Reservoirs) and 1 W11608966 (Fan scroll) and 1 WPW10341320 (Valve) and 1 W11512399 (Inlet valve) and 1 WPW10394053 (Housing)

Pump failed. Cx had unit pulled out for tech upon arrival. Needs pump. Drains into the stand pipe that is ment for the dishwasher. Ordering new pump. Cx signed waiver for tech to install unit. When installing unit got stuck. Cx okayed. Left as is. Took pic. Rescheduled for Tuesday ; ordrng 1 UPK4 (UPK4)

Removed and replaced filter housing. Now working as designed
