"JB out 4/24/24.Found washing machine unplugged upon arrival customer states machine is not draining and will not unlock.Plugged in and verified lid is on, unit is locked. Unable to unlock lid. Ran diagnostics and extracted error code F9E1 indicating drain detected extracted FE3. Will not unlock or lock. Cleared stored error codes. Tested operation again. Lid will not unlock. Ordering replacement lid, lock, latch, assembly, machine, control, HMI, water, drain pump covered under the manufacture warranty at no charge the customerOrder parts ; ordrng 1 W11399437 (DRAIN PUMP) and 1 W11670519 (LATCH) and 1 W11675701 (HMI) and 1 W11627413 (CONTROL)"
