Robert was the most professional service person I have had the pleasure to meet and repair appliances so quickly. I have never in countered a service person so knowledgeable and so quick to complete services needed and also to discover my vent wasn’t working.

Robert was thorough, clear, kind, explanatory. The reason they didn’t get a 5 star was because their office follow up prior to the service call to make the repair did not tell me I had to defrost my frig before they did the repair. They notified 30 mins before the tech was to arrive. They had to cancel
My appt and reschedule for 5 days later. And the office was unapologetic or sympathetic for their error.
