Removed and replaced ui. Not working still. Second time. Cx upset. Wants her old board. Cx wants it fixed / old board. Cx cant make up her mind. Informed her I talk to EW manager and we would call her back w information on next step possible 2nd bad ui from manufacturer. Unit is responding to buttons Cx irate yelling at tech told client info. Cx still mad. Told her I would do whatever she wants. Cx still mad. Not sure what to do at this point. Told her I will have office cal her. Im leaving then she just asked who I am where Im from she doesnt know where I came from. Informed her office will call her. Cx was rude and followed tech out door yelling and belittling tech. Cx rude and hostile towards tech. Only trying to help cx irate. Referred her to office. Called trade partners but they are closed. Will wait for Office to order board per ew requesting special packaging. CX STILL OWES LABOR $120.21 for installing board twice. If I go out again this would be 3 times board install for ONE LABOR CHARGE. If she even pays. Thats a cheap labor charge too..; O-emld tckt

"Upon arrival found unit no open the door correctly, when you action the door opener. Check the unit and found the lower screws that are supported the lower portion of this mechanism are loose causing this failure. Readjust this screws and retest the unit, this unit now is working properly. Job complete"

"Upon arrival found unit with temperature of 55F on fresh food compartment. Check the unit and heater and defrost bi-metal are checking right. This unit will need new control board and ui, this because is no sending the signal to the heater in order to do defrost cycle, additional the harness bi-metal. ; ordrng 1 WPW10514110 (Evaporator harness) and 1 W10864261 (Control kit)"
