"Customer concerns; washer not advancing wash cycles. Found 4 problems: lid lock fault, shifter fault, squeaky belt, and start button getting stuck inside console. Replaced latch, actuator, belt, and lubricated start button rubber. Performed calibration, initiated normal wash cycle. Washer operating as designed. Everything went very smooth. Enrique notified me of the time frame that he would arrive and was right in time. His service was professional and expedient. He explained what the issue was and the required fix. Also showed me the parts replaced and pictures of the break. Overall I was very satisfied and would definitely call Enrique for service again.
