Jack did everything he could to help even six times and six months to fix the problem and the problem is the upper management. They changed every parts and building a refrigerator in my kitchen. I lose more money to buy groceries than the price of refrigerators. Very,very sad to wait this long to get help and replace the refrigerator that works like a freezer . Jack is the best appliance repair person! He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. We had a difficult repair issue and communication problems with the manufacturer. Jack helped us through it every step of the way. He was a great advocate for us and got the job done right!

Great service! One thing to note is that there was a miscommunication between the scheduler and the installer as I let them know it would be great if my part was in stock before the installer came in. She said they have to come out to check anyway, but the installer/manager said they should have waited until the part was in. Not a bad experience for me, just more for the company to think about being more efficient.
