Steven kept in touch with us on his arrival time that needed to be changed once and that was no problem for us. He answered all of our questions and did not get upset like other service repair gentlemen we have had.

Juan is a knowledgeable service technician. He went through the logical steps to repair my new dryer. It did take several visits, but finally the broken wheel was replaced (for the second time) and my dryer is working perfectly. Juan is patient, thorough, clean & friendly.

Jaime knew immediately what the problem was with my dishwasher and repaired it. He fixed the problem and it is working perfectly. Jaime is very professional and very courteous. I hope to have Jaime any time I need a repair.

Juan arrived on time and checked out my dryer. He explained what the sounds were to my satisfaction. He suggested if there are any other sounds or problems to record them and send them to ARS. GREAT IDEA!!

Overall it was a mess.. my refrigerator was diagnosed and the technician said that our fan and compressor are broken, so they ordered the parts, two weeks after they said that the fan (part) was received but not the compressor. I asked if I can schedule a technician so they can fix the fan of our refrigerator so we can have something to use. And wait for the compressor after, it took 3-4 weeks to received the compressor, and when it’s ready to be fixed, new tech said that it’s the only fan that’s broken… so what’s the point of us waiting for a month with no refrigerator because of the compressor that we didn’t even need??? It’s so inconvenient for us of no refrigerator for a month!
