Leo did a great job. He was very professional, courteous and helpful in explaining a n umber of things to help us keep our washer and dryer running smooth. GREAT GUY!!! On another note, your company mailed me some part that had nothing to do with the problem that I was having. Leo of course installed it as I was not home to explain the issue to him. You sent a part, so he did his job and installed it. My question is, why did you send me a part that had nothing to do with what needed to be repaired???

Leo was prepared with the parts to service our Whirlpool dryer. Eliminating the screeching sound of failed bearings. At a fair price.

Paul is great and our standup refrigerator/freezer is working good. But our under the counter ref/freezer is still beeping from the over heating alarm. We are scheduled for the 3rd or possibly 4th repair service for that appliance next Friday.

Jack is very methodical at troubleshooting and also able to explain the problem and educate the homeowner the importance of maintenance to extend fridge life. He is comfortable to work with and it’s evident by his capable manner that he enjoys his work.
