"Upon arrival found installer had not tied drain hose in place.Customer states unit will not drain water out. Tested and verified drain pump runs but does not pump water out of tub. Installed replacement Drain Pump WPW10661045. Ran calibration cycle. Tested operation in Normal Cycle. Observed proper Fill, Agitation, Drain and Spin functions. JOB COMPLETE"
