Found the drain pump receiving the proper voltage but the fins are broken so unable to remove the water from the tub. I removed the water and now the door is unlocked. Ordering pump. ; ordrng 1 W11399437 (Pump water)

F9e1 Ran tested unit in diagnostic cycle unit was working fine filled wash d and drained. Unit is intermittently flashing f9e1 error. Error is not draining properly issue. Will need to replace the sump and motor assembly.; ordrng 1 W11416362 (Sump and motor)

Found the unit has several issues. One the drain tube is frozen over and allowing the defrost water to get to the bottom of the refrigerator compartment and then starts to leak. The freezer led module is now functioning and the tracks for the freezer dont close by themselves. Found the unit in defrost on arrival so I went into diagnostics and found the evap fan motor making the abnormal noise and not rotating properly. Found several issues with the unit. No error codes stored but unit is shaking uncontrollably in the spin cycle without any clothes. The basket is rounded out and the suspension is warn. Tub assembly bounces more then once. Also the gearcase is leaking a tremendous a pun of oil and saturated the parts below it. Reasoning for all the parts needed. Took photo of the oil leak for documentation.
