I loved the tech and was super informative. BUT I got two days of confirmation of my appt. then the day before a lady called stating they had to change my appt to a week and half away. First of all I’m a Nurse and have one day off. I could not reschedule and I could not wait to have my washer fixed with three children. She had HUGE attitude and made it seem like it wasn’t her problem. I get it with this time but please help out first responders who do nothing but care for your loved ones! Come on!!!!! I fight hard for it and she apparently rly had an opening “come up” for I could keep my appt now. I will not be usin again unfortunately

Where I’m disappointed is the product, In March the refrigerator broke down they replaced it with a faulty part. In May the part broke down again . A little more then the 45 days required to honor the Full warranty . Which meant I had to pay to have a built in refrigerator moved twice $(800.00)Then the replacement part took Months to get. Which I find incompetent . So I have been without a refrigerator on off since March. The insurance company not helpful. I can’t believe a company like Whirlpool has so few parts in there inventory or so that many compressorS break down they run out. Whirlpool needs To have theIr products made in America AGAIN.

Rod assessed the problem with my less than 5 year old Whirlpool refrigerator. He ordered the parts and came back when the parts came in to make the repair. He was often later than the time frame given, which caused some angst as we were unable to leave the house.

Our service technician, Rod, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Our issue was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Our only complaint was that we had a service window of 12 pm - 3 pm and our technician did not arrive until 5:30 pm. I called two times to get updates and information regarding the time the technician would arrive. It would have been helpful if the company had contacted us to let us know Rod was running late. We understand things happen, but waiting for someone to arrive for over 5 hours with no update is frustrating.

What was not great was when I put the service request in, I Ieft instructions to contact me on my cell phone to set up and confirm the appointment. But all communication with through my home phone which I cannot get in a timely manner. This needs to be addressed in the future.

High winds in this area can affect this. Normal protocol for this product but not addressed in operators guide. A safety chip is installed on board to block inrush. A tech would need to reset product at least one visit.
