Hector the technician is really great. He’s been to our place 3 times now, and has always been on time. He is also very knowledgeable. He figured out what was wrong and even though I’m sure we got a lemon for dryer he’s managed to fix Jr everything!

Hector is courteous and stays focused on the repair. I requested him this time as I had been very pleased with his service last October. Fortunately, I paid for a protection plan as the washer is only 2 yrs. old and this is the 2nd service call. I am NOT pleased with the Maytag product! Wait time for service call was 1 week plus a 2nd week to wait for delivery of parts. Difficult for me at my age to go to coin laundry.

Purchased a new Samsung washer and dryer. Heard metal noises in the washer drum. Service rep came out and said it was the ball bearings. There was no problem at all. He did a courtesy test and gave tips on maintenance.

I set the appliance in diagnostic and there was no failure codes, but when attempting to run the appliance in any cycle it displays a F3E2 code ( Wash NTC open or shorted). I access the temperature sensor on the bottom of the tub and it has a normal reading (19 K Ohms at 76*F), control has difficulty to turn On or Off. Ordered parts and rescheduled.
