We have had a difficult experience from scheduling to receiving broken replacement parts. Our washer was functional for 2 wash loads and stopped working the same day our technician replaced multiple parts. Our washer was purchased in 2022 brand new. We are currently waiting for the technician to come back out to see what else can be done to fix our washer. This has been on going with this company since November 11th and we won’t see the technician until December 5th. Hopefully they can figure out what’s wrong with it soon.

Repair person left before fully completing repairs to the microwave. Need to come back to finish still. Rather frustrating.

My refrigerator still not making ice cubes and still leaking water.

Both installers were very professional and knowledgeable. The install time was not too long and they tested everything to ensure it worked correctly.

Besides being postponed 3 times the two men that came out were great. Unfortunately trying to call whirlpool to get a replacement the microwave is back ordered and we are looking at 6-& weeks to get a replacement. So that’s very frustrating after all the hassles of finally getting someone out to look at it from your end
