Paul was timely and very thorough. He explained the pros and cons of repairing our 10 year old dishwasher which was not under warranty. Gave us a quote to make the repair and what else might be necessary beyond the touch board and electronics board. He left us to have time to consider repairing vs. replacing the old dishwasher. I appreciated his honesty and clarity in the matter.
