The service professional that came out, Jack Rogers, was excellent. We’ve had significant issues with our JennAir appliances and Jack finally fixed them. We were unable to use our oven/microwave combo for 11 weeks. Parts were not available which probably tells you how bad a product we have.

Bad News, Good Delivery

Tom came out to look at our fridge that was not cooling and found lots more going on than we expected! He fixed the reason for a leak into the bottom of our freezer unit and gave the fridge a general check-up. He was very personable and knowledgeable and delivered the "Bad News" in a most kind way!!! He gave us reasons why to choose purchasing a new fridge instead of fixing our dying one. all in all, we were very impressed and happy with Tom and would suggest him and your company if anyone needed a repair person.

Unfortunately the people that I speak to on the phone never seem to follow up, they get confused give me misinformation and schedule people that are not available to come.
