JB Out 4/12/24Customer states when using steam cycle unit leaks a good amount of water on floor in front of dryer. Upon arrival tested steam cycle and verified good amount of water on floor. Open dryer and removed front cover. found waterline from inlet valves to front cover connection completely completely disconnected. Properly reconnected at John Guest fitting reassembled dryer and tested operation several times. Unit now operates as designed. No parts used or needed. No charge to customer. Job complete.
