Upon arrival inspected unit customer cannot get the shelf out that they wanted to move. I had to remove the right door to get the shelf out move the shelf for the customer put the door back on adjusted the door for the customer as well. Unit is now working as intended. Job complete

Customer was having a burning smell in the dryer. There was a lint fire inside the unit. Took unit apart. Vacuumed. All burned went up put back together and tested. Unit function is normal now.

Appliance Repair Specialists were wonderful to work with. From easy appointment setting, to courtesy reminders prior to, to on-time tech arrival, everything was very professional. The tech was courteous, respectful of our time and home, up front about the repair and likelihood of success and above all GOT THE JOB DONE CORRECTLY (the first time). 10/10 would recommend ARS, we are so thankful to have had them when we needed them!
