Customer showed me a video of soapy water coming from the back of the unit. Called techline and he pointed me to the service pointer W11616794. Need to replace the vent pipe.; ordrng 1 W11599075 (Vent pipe)

Ran diagnostics and found no error codes. Ran cycle and unit shook for a bit until it found its center. Tested the drum and it felt loose. Front shocks and springs are loose. Need to replace them.; ordrng 2 W11316766 (Strut)s and 2 W11314394 (Shocks)s

"Bolt on rotor backed off causing rotor to rattle during spin, tightened bolt all tested good"

Unit not filling properly cant see any water in the tub its agitating dry. reset electronics and ran a recalibration to teach computer empty cycle. Retested unit and now water fills to proper level all tested good

Ran cycle and unit did not heat up. Found thermal cut off open. Replaced thermal cutoff and ran cycle. Unit passed all tests and is operating as designed.; used 1 W11050897 (Thermal cutoff) from stock
