Only thing I would change is maybe having some Items to fix issues on one visit not two. Im sure asking for appliance issue, serial and model numbers has to give the company somewhat of and idea what needs to be fixed. One trip out just to see what part is needed then wait another week to have it actually installed could be better handled.!

The repair man was great; he was quick and he explained everything as he worked. The repair man has a great personality. However, I never received a receipt for the warranty and payment; I need that information! In addition, you should apply the service call amount to the cost of parts and labor. I had to pay out nearly $300.00 on the spot!

The service was postponed by the company twice because they overbooked their appointments. One the day of service the repairman arrived several hours afterthe scheduled time frame . When he finally arrived he had a bad attitude and said he wasted able to repair my appliance. I'm very disappointed with the service.

WASHER MAYTAG MVWX655DW1 "Unit is making loud noises while running. I found belt slipping causing squeal. I found that bearings are washed out in gearcase causing grinding noise. Basket has too much play because of failed hub. Washplate will not come off of gearcase and will need to be broken off. Unit needs gearcase, washplate, cam, belt, and hub. Removed and replaced gearcase, hub, cam, be,t and washplate. Tested and calibrated. All tests good."
