Instructed customer on proper RC door opening and closing. Advised customer to leave RC doors closed for 4 hours. Complete.

Jaime is very kind & does an excellent job. My washer has been a big problem & he has been diligent in finding the answer. The main mother board has failed 3’s. It kept get’n stuck on one cycle then will not turn on, just keeps chiming. After speaking w/ customer service & tech support he tried another solution. It seems to have worked for now. Jaime was great & very timely. I appreciate his efforts to help me w/ this situation.

Jamie was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately he said there was nothing more he could do. He agreed the refrigerator needed to be replaced. He said I should call the manufacture to have it replaced. I will do that today. Thank you.
