I would NOT Recommend KitchenAide. It has broken in the first 10 months. Then it broke again a few months later. Joe has replaced every part with something new and it still doesn’t work. Joe has been very polite and professional and worked very hard to get the machine working even though it is still broken.

This company has no respect for a customer’s time. After waiting 5 hrs for them to evaluate the problem (butter compartment didn’t close properly), they had to order the part. After guaranteeing me the first spot of the route so I didn’t have to wait as long the next time, they still made me wait an additional 2 hrs. That’s 7 hrs for a new butter compartment that just snaps into position (a less than 5 minute visit).

I appreciate that Jesus took the time to explain what he was doing in detail during the repair. He has a very pleasant manner and good people skills. As for convenience? I am not blaming the tech, but of course it is not convenient to have to wait for appointment date from an ice chest, again. Unfortunately, the repair needs another service call.
