CX says the DW is running excessively long. Last cycle lasted 5 hrs per CX. Said the dispensary never opened. No error codes. Ran diagnostics cycle to completion. The control is showing the proper dc voltage. All wash arms are operating. Water is enter and exiting as designed. The issue is the unit has dirty hunky micro filter screens. Causing poor wash performance. Removed filters and removed gunk. Assembled unit re-test passed. All ops normal. Done.

"CX says the ice maker stopped making ice several days ago. And has since began reproduction. Checked the thermistors for the ice maker area, in range. Found the ice maker was jammed with small cubes. Increased the cubes size. The dispenser is filling slowly. Replaced the valve. The unit dispenses properly. Ice maker is good. Water is good."

"Left rear suspension is broken from is place, tub is dropped on left rear side. Removed power, installed replacement suspension. Restored power to washer. Ran calibration cycle, passed the test. Pulled drain hose from improper depth. All ops normal. DONE."

"The unit has a bad gearcase. The noise is coming from the shaft of the unit. Excessive movement. The tub has a crack in the tub ring. The interface is dimming. Suspension is bad front left. ; ordrng 1 W10811960 (Basket, wash) and 1 W11393685 (Gearcase) and 1 W11115285 (Inter-face) and 1 W11130356 (Suspension)"

"CX says the washer is not completing cycle. Found drain error. The motor and gearcase are hot to touch. CX tried unit prior to arrival. The suspension is weak, and the actuator is loud. The main issue is the drain hose was too far down. Corrected the issue. Replaced the suspension actuator, and cam. Test passed. All ops normal. DONE."
