"JB out 4/16/24.Found wash tub full (OVERLOADED) with clothes upon arrival. Also found Drain hose NOT tied in place by installer. Ran diagnostics and expected stored error code F7E4. Basket re-engagement failure. Installed replacement. Actuator part number W109139 from truckstop.Reassembled unit and tested operation. Verified unit now correctly fills with water to proper water level, agitates, drains, and spins. Also, probably tied drain hose in place to prevent popping out of screen. Job completed. ; used 1 W10913953 ( SHIFT ACTUATOR) from stock"
