"Freezer ice maker is not making ice. Customer states, that an Electrolux technician was there to inspect the ice maker, but he never followed up. Techline rep requested PICS from behind the freezer to deem unit unrepairable. I CALLED TECHLINE TO OBTAIN SR#. RECORDING: NO ANSWER DUE TO HIGH VOLUME OF CALLS. It would have been a 5 but it took a couple of days to get service. Noones fault as the Tech was out ill, and the communication was great, but since it was our refrigerator, we lost some dairy goods.
