"Attempted to get fault codes and found the unit will not enter the service mode. The screen blanks out instead of showing the service menu. Replaced control, calibrated the unit and ran a service test. Unit operating as designed."

Timothy was excellent each time he was here. Unfortunately, it took 3 visits for him to solve the problem (not his fault). In the end, he needed to change all the control panel components. Completely pleased with his work
