"Upon arrival, inspected unit found that unit was no longer cooling in both fresh food and freezer compartment. Inspected the back at compressor. Compressor was no longer running. Also found that condenser fan blade had fallen off of condenser motor, causing the compressor to seize and not cool the unit anymore ordering all these parts it does need to preauthorization for this repair, please send me back out with DK for training on sealed system; ordrng 1 5303918411 (Compressor kit) and 1 5303305677 (Dryer) and 1 242018304 (Condenser fan motor) and 1 241639502 (Condenser fan blade)"

Upon arrival found knob and timer stripped out replaced both retested unit unit is not working as intended job

"Upon arrival, inspected unit found that unit would not drain at all or was nonresponsive. Replaced main control board got the unit to unlock. Tried to activate components on the unit. The drain pump would not even turn on. There is another possible harness issue, ordering a new wire harness please send back the UIand the drain pump also, ordering a new wire harness and door latch Please schedule this job for during the week and sometime in the morning will need to contact tech-support on this unit because we have been to it many times. Also we need at least a two job count.; ordrng 1 W11591637 (Lower wire, harness) and 1 W11481722 (Shift actuator) and 1 W11395618 (Capacitor) and 1 W11026785 (Drive motor) and 1 W11700916 (Lid latch assembly)"

"Upon arrival, inspected unit unit would not start to spin in like it make a loud humming I replaced the actuator and capacitor. Retested unit after checking, splotch clutch was fine belt was fine during spinning. The motor found that the motor was seizing up I was able to free it. I started the motor in a calibration cycle to calibrate the capacitor and actuator during this spin cycle the unit completely sounded very loud like the motor is going out ordering ordering a motor gear, case assembly and drive hub; ordrng 1 W11026785 (Drive motor) and 1 W11449840 (Gear case assembly) and 1 W11551646 (Spanner nut) and 1 W11510461 (Wash plate), used 1 W11395618 (Capacitor), and 1 W10913953 (Shift actuator) from stock"

"Upon arrival inspected unit, but unit to diagnostic unit was give me an F7 code, which is a tachometer replaced actuator. Also tested capacitor capacitor did not test well replaced capacitor. Retested unit unit is now agitating and spinning as it should job complete; used 1 W11395618 (Capacitor) from stock"
