DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED4850HW0 Checked unit and found faulty Halim thermostat. Removed and replaced element thermostat. Also advise customer that they have a restricted dryer vent. Customer stated that they had dryer vent cleaned informed customer that still restricted and it’s causing unit to cycle to quickly and for thermostats to get too hot. This can cause heater element to burn out or thermostats to burn out quickly and long drive times. Advise customer that she needs to have a dryer vent cleaned out.

RANGE AMANA ACR4303MFW3 Install new burner elements. Explain to customer that a pan Hass to be on the burner element for it to turn on otherwise it will not turn on. Also explain to customer the elements are designed not to get red hot in the whole entire element not to get red hot that was the old style of element but because of safety precautions they do not all get red hot and they will also turn off after certain time. To prevent overheating this is how they are designed job complete cooktop is working as intended

WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW5000DW3 Found no fault codes. Ran unit thru auto test and it functions normally. Ran unit on bulky settings and no issues with unit. Recalibrated unit and advised cx not to overload unit by washing oversized blankets or comforters or single rug items. This will cause unit to go out of balance and shutoff. Unit is functioning normally. Certified by master technician.

WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW7120HW0 Ran unit thru diagnostics and no fault codes. Found several coins between wash plate and tub. Removed coins and ran auto test. Could no longer her clicking noise. All other noise was normal operation.

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS325SDHZ00 Customer stated that unit was not cooling at all. Verified unit not cooling lights were on but compressor is not running. Pulled in and out unplugging it for about two minutes. Resetting it to factory settings. plugged unit back in and compressor fired up and it started to cool. Its probably just a minor glitch in the software and the unit might have gone to defrost it did not come out. Advised customer to give you 24 hours to cool and a check temperature late tonight or tomorrow morning.
