"Arrived at customer location. Instructed customer on wiring diagram supply voltage. Customer stated electrician said unit would be able to be unplugged just as previous inspection unit not able to be removed from cabinet opening due to incorrect electrical wiring 240 V. Set up oven dolly pulled out unit found faulty, transformer, capacitor diode upon further inspection found blown fuse at rear of unit not earlier accessible . Electrician wired unit using black wire only electrician stated who will be paying my bill payment to Jack customer stated he will be responsible for payment. Left unit on oven dolly while customers Electrician works on electrical connection. ordering fuse for a return visit ; ordrng 1 318647300 (Fuse)"

Tech was assigned as a helper; snapped 7 QuickPics

Went over unit to find out that unit is freezing right away on suction line. Put gage on low side. Reads -5.3. Joe with tech line. 100 on high side. Put another charge 20g and unit is now charged and now compressor is not running. Now the unit is charged and there is a small leak on this unit. Need a micron gage for future tests. Same sr number. Unit is going under review as unrepairable. Small leak. Bubble test and no leak to be seen. Sr number 7737765839.
