He took care of what was needed and explained what services provided to get my washer back on track

I feel that Rod came unprepared for the job task. When I called in I stated that the drain pump was not kicking in and when there was a water mess Rod wanted me to use up my towels to clean it up instead of having them on hand to clean up a water mess. We have not moved this machine out since we installed it and the drain hose was attached when Rod touched it. The professional thing to do is offer the assistance at getting it placed back on. He was about 30 minutes late to my appointment because he went to his all day appointment first. Sorry I work as a field tech and if I schedule a time frame I make that time frame I do not do other work to impede that time frame

I felt that they were very unprofessional when they showed up they asked me for a blanket to cover the area so that they could put the parts on the blanket. I didn’t have a blanket so then I had to use dog pads. I gave him two he said no I need like six or eight. I think this is very unprofessional. They should be carrying some type of work sheet that they can lay down and clean up their mess afterwards. He left my washer and dryer, moved forward and didn’t even put them back after he was done with the repairs.

Rod is thoughtful and direct. He knows exactly what he needs to do and he doesn’t waste time. Rod did an excellent job at helping me with my appliance and has never missed an appointment, never been late and was deeply respectful of my home. Excellent technician.
