"Upon arrival according with customer unit after finish the cooking and cancel the cycle, the unit show cooling message and runs the cooling fan, but this seems to be continuous in to the next day. Check the unit and dont found any error codes. Run a test and unit has a bad control, this because the unit is reading the temperature correctly. This unit will need a new upper control board. Inform this tot he customer and they approved the repair.; ordrng 1 W11179310 (Control board)"

Upon arrival found unit with led board no working for the last burner nub on the right side. This unit will need new led board and harness. ; ordrng 2 WB27X29381 (Led board)s and 1 WB18X46479 (Harness)

"Install the new control on the unit, retest the unit on test mode and unit pass. Check the unit on error codes and appear to have F7E3, F6E3 and F7E4, this about the unit no engage the basket to watch and the spin. Call tech line and after the test, they recommend to replace the harness, clutch and slider. This because the clutch is out range and no continuity on the harness to the clutch.
