"Install the new control on the unit, retest the unit on test mode and unit pass. Check the unit on error codes and appear to have F7E3, F6E3 and F7E4, this about the unit no engage the basket to watch and the spin. Call tech line and after the test, they recommend to replace the harness, clutch and slider. This because the clutch is out range and no continuity on the harness to the clutch. SR: 7738863566; ordrng 1 W11568984 (Harness) and 1 W10754448 (Clutch) and 1 W10734521 (Slider)"

"Upon arrival found unit with error code F7E8, this about the over temperature on the motor. Check the unit and unit passes all the test, cut when the unit is on normal mode start acting up. This unit will need new control board. Replace the control board on the unit. Retest the unit and now unit is working properly. Job complete"

This company only makes appointments that are convenient to them. I was charged $135 for Felippe to just show up & turn on my ice maker which I assured him was broken. It took forever for them to order me another machine. He came, broke a glass, used my good towels that are only for show to mop up the wet dirty floor (& I was in the next room and there were paper towels on the counter!) AND he lied about hearing water go into the ice maker because he never turned it on!!!!!!
