Jack was awesome. Helped us get our brand new GE dryer going after just 60 days. He was friendly and shared some stuff about dryer sheets I didn't know.

Jack is friendly and knowledgeable but my ice maker is still not working and there was no check in or follow through. When I called the appliance repair company they said the ticket is closed and I have to start over with a new claim.
