"UNDER WARRANTY- DRYER GAS LEAK STILL FACING AN ISSUE. Ran unit about 20 minutes, unit cycled several times, no gas smell was detected, used my sniffer gas detector on gas line, valve, and unit while running, removed the vent duct, stuck sniffer in there, also stuck sniffer in the lint trap down to blower wheel, no gas leak or smell was detected. Unit is heating, tumbling with good air flow, working as designed. Will Frigidaire techline on Monday to document. ; schdld next appmnt for 5/25 MON AM"

"UNDER WARRANTY- CX stated, DRYER WILL STOP DRYING. SHUTS OFF AFTER A FEW MINS.. The sensor electrodes covered with wax not sensing, have to be cleaned to start sensing again. Motor and blower wheel are in good shape, motor is within specs. Retrieved error code for a stuck button, cleared error code, UI working as designed. Ran unit for 30 minutes, UI is working as designed. The dryer vent flex hose was kinked in two places advised CX to replace duct with a ridged duct vent. Removed the vent hose from unit, ran for 20 minutes on time dry, it finished the cycle just fine. It was cycling as designed."

"UNDER WARRANTY- CX stated, ONLY DROPS A LITTLE WATER AND THAT'S IT. KEEP MAKING NOISE BUT DON'T RUN . HAVE TO UNPLUG TO STOP FRFaulty ACU, stuck relay keeps drain pump running continuously. Replaced ACU, calibrated, tested, unit working as designed. Job completed."

"UNDER WARRANTY- CX stated, THE CUSTOMER CALLED TO REPORT A PROBLEM WITH THE UNIT, I ASSISTED THE CUSTOMER TO TROUBLESHOOT THE A. EFM stops working for a long while then it start again. It was not working on arrival, it was making a high pitch sound, i unplugged it, plugged it back in then it started to spin slowly. EFM and blade need to be replaced. ; ordrng 1 242219206 (MOTOR) and 1 242219302 (Blade)"
