The technician did his job unfortunately the machine didn’t do what it does for me at the time he was here, I am the one who does the laundry and has knowledge of the issues. Of course you go by what the technician says. I would like to get the opportunity to exchange the machine for a different style, I am not happy with it or its performance, the technician did what he is trained to do. Thank you.
