Very personable, followed up as promised, building our trust. Was very knowledgeable as he analyzed the problem. On the surface it seemed like it could b a quick fix (door lock) but as he tested he found it was the computer board which required ordering a part and scheduling a follow up repair appt. He did what he said he would do and our washer is fixed. Excellent job Tim!

Guy wreaked of cigarettes. Made the house smell like an ash tray. He attempted to try and tell my wife how to operate a dryer. My wife didn’t need a verbal lashing from him on dryer usage. Not impressed.
