"Found upper rack off rails, causing it to be crooked. Adjusted rack to make sure that unit is on track properly. Found soap dispenser, not opening properly after running diagnostic cycle found that over usage of soap, causing unit to not dispense properly. Explain to customer what soap needs to be used and for periodic vinegar rinses to clear out sons."
