Jim was amazing! He went above and beyond to fix my dryer. He noticed that the reason my belt went out so quickly was because the side of my dryer was dented and fixed that as well. In my experience, most people would just fix the problemt that they came for and leave. He was also very friendly and made my son’s day by giving him a mini flashlight. He was top notch!

New Electrolux dryer rattled from the start. Central Valley did what they could to try to fix the problem but it seems to be inherent in this dryer model. Returning dryer for a better product. No complaints with Central Vallley Appliance.

The tech the company sent was on it! He called to tell me he was on the way! He arrived and got right to work! Fixed the problem in 15 minutes and then checked both fridge and freezer to see if we had any other concerns. Very nice man. I would have him back to fix any future issues with all appliance concerns.

The time frame was 10-1. Never a call from him or your company. As I'm on hold with your company he arrives at 1:20, no apology or explanation. Also, when I made the appointment I was told you would call with the estimate of an expensive part. Never a call from anyone. The repairman left still without an reason, an apology. Still charged the $75 fee and the cost for the part (we didn't know how much) and hopefully we will never need your company's assistance again.

Way Overpriced!




Communications with this company were very poor. I was scheduled for an appointment and it was a no-show. It took them a long time to figure out and explain why they didn't cancel. Then when repair was made, I was charged for service call and repair and materials.

This service rep did not check his work to see if the dishwasher was leaking before he left the house. And it was leaking after he left. He didn’t run it through the whole cycle.

This is the second time an appliance repair specialist comes out to fix our washer (unrelated fixes) and we are completely satisfied. Specialist came in, asked what the problem was (drum light bulb), replaced it in under 10 minutes, verified we were satisfied and he was gone! 🙂

Aaron has serviced our appliances in the past and he is a great technician who really knows what he's doing. In this case, he assessed the proper functioning of our washer and dryer and then gave me a detailed tutorial about their use and operation. None of what he told me was in the operation manuals or on the directions for the laundry soap. Thanks Aaron!

Repairman was friendly, courteous, and told us what he was doing. Did a great job and had great customer focus. We did have a hard time communicating with schedulers. Missed robo call, had to reschedule, tech was to call our cell but was not told to do so.

He came out right away but he didn’t have the small part to fix our washer machine. We had to wait extra 4 days for Tyler to get part. The repair only told 5 minutes. Not happy to wait 4 days. Had to go to laundry mat. Very inconvience for us.

the first time the technician came out they didnt have my warranty information so he left and couldnt do anything. I called out of work that day for nothing. They could have looked up my information and caled me to say they needed to reschedule. Then they had to order the parts which took two weeks. The second time they made an appointment the technician didnt end up showing ip because the parts didnt arrive. That was my second time calling off of work....for nothing! The third time they scheduled a tech he didnt end up showing because they overbooked him and it was too late. They call you a day before your appointment to let you know what time they are coming....if they end up showing up at all. Horrible service. I would not recommend this company unless it is the only option and you have warranty to cover repairs at no cost. Otherwise i would not pay for their service.

Your technician determined nothing was wrong with the washer but didn't spend much time discussing why we thought we had a problem after we spent time with Maytag on the phone.

Raymond is fantastic.He figured out what was the matter and was very helpful. I hope they appreciate him! The rest of the company is unbelievably unprofessional and gives 0 customer service. When I asked for specific morning or afternoons they said yes and then scheduled me at the end of the day. When I asked to speak to the owner I was told he doesn't take any phone calls and Crystal would call me back..... I am still waiting for her call a week later! I cannot believe that Kitchen Aid has a contract with these people who are an embarrassment of not returning calls or proper communication. At one point I spoke to 3 different people who all had different explanations why it would take 3 visits to fix my refrigerator and would never accommodate me in any of the visits as far as request time.. So totally disgusted with them.

Erroneous Diagnosis




I paid a $115.00 service fee that turned out to be an erroneous diagnosis of the problem. I was told that there was nothing wrong with the washer, but when I hired another service company, it was found out that it needed a replacement valve. I believe that your service guy DID NOT want to work on stackable dryer/washer. I just wished that he should have been honest about it and NOT gave me an alibi that it was a plumbing problem/issue. Based on above experience - I will NEVER EVER use this company that Whirlpool contracted locally and will NOT call Whirlpool for service referrals EVER again..

Representative on the phone is rude. Appointments get cancelled and they refuse to send a tech because are going to charge a fee. The one and obly tech available they send to service our washer does not know what he is doing. States to fill up washer with buckets of water. Very unprofessional.

Technician was 1 hour and 7 minutes late. No curtesy call. I called 3 times. First call went to voice mail. Second call said he is running a little late from previous job and on his way. Third call said another 30 min away. When technician arrived, first thing he said was I am not sure I can fix it because it has not been installed. Dishwasher was brand new and door hinge was broken.

scheduled to arrive between 1-4p.m. showed up at 5:50p.m., no call no warning. Took pictures of the product label withe his I-Pad and scrolled, scrolled, scrolled and scrolled. Scribbled some notes and then scrolled , scrolled, and scrolled and then said you need a motor control, $650, 3 light bulbs @$45 each, $150 in labor, $115 for the service call, $75tax, $1125 total. You have 30 days to accept. I fixed everything MYSELF!! Bulbs are $5 ea. total $15. followed the Microsoft repair method- disconnected the power source, waited 45 seconds, and restarted- EVERYTHING WORKS FINE! This Tech should be ashamed to call himself a Tech and KITCHENAID should be ashamed of the price gouging they are perpetrating on their customers. I want you to reimburse my $115 device call charge. I intend to advise all friends, family and neighbors what a complete waste and rip-off your service is. Unable to rate you lower than 1 star-unfortunate! J.T.

We were given an 8-10 slot (I asked a few times for the closest to 8 as i had to cancel a PT appt.) and he showed at almost 10. Thus I missed my appt. I got an education




The technician that came to service our dishwasher, Hector, arrived early, did what he came to do, and educated me on the Whirlpool product that we had purchased. I'm disappointed in the product, not the technician. I had no idea that I am supposed to add phosphates to my dishwasher so that it does the job and lasts longer. However, phosphates cause nutrient pollution and feed algae. Hector explained the new dishwasher technology, which saves water. All very good to know.

I was very satisfied and confident with the work Aaron Bass did on my fridge. He knows his stuff and thoroughly explained everything as he went along. I had had a rough 3 weeks prior to his service when my refrigerator of 3 years quit working three days before Thanksgiving. I had a new refrigerator delivered, but the delivery men did not set everything up. They didn't know how. I complained to Lowes and they set me up with Appliance Repair Specialists. Aaron showed up and knew what he was doing. It was much needed relief.

I was told that the specialist would be here between 8am and 12 noon. He showed up at 12:20. I was also told that the special would call when they would be about 30 minutes out. No phone call. When I asked him about the time and phone call his response oh well, only a few minutes late.
