"Customer has a video of the unit . The load is bunched up on one side. Called TAG(Sean1230) and spoke with him about what I saw. I had done a spin, agitate and pressure test. The pressure test failed. Tag said loadin, suspension and water pressure were the three main things that would cause this to happen. The pressure test showed only about 1/2 inch over the bottom of the tub after completion of the test. It should have been 7 inches. Found filters clogged and weak pressure on the hot water supply. Informed customer that this is an environmental issue and not a defect of the unit. Customer will have to figure out a way to keep the screens on the valves clear and how to get the hot water supply to specs. Supply water should be able to fill a one gallon bucket in about 10 seconds.

Informed customer IT IS IMPORTANT to purge water line to allow water going into dishwasher to be 125 degrees. Informed customer dishes NEED to go into dishwasher dirty. Customer is going to try and call back if problem occurs. Found excessive soap suds without soap be8ng added.
