"ACTUAL GOODS ISSUE DATE IS 2/12/2023.JB out 7/16/23. Tenant (rental house) states that the dishwasher is inoperative. Control panel does not power up, will not accept commands and dishwasher does not run. Tested power outlet under kitchen sink, verified 120 VAC present. Removed J box cover and verified HOT lead in wire nut is loose (mis installed inside wire nut connector). Jiggled connections and dishwasher did power up and tested fill, wash and drain functions. NOTE INSTALLER MUST RETURN TO CORRECT INSTALLATION. 1.) Wire connection inside J box are loose, 2.) dishwasher itself is not installed level (front to back).INSTALLATION CORRECTIONS ARE NOT COVERED BY THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY AND ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PAID INSTALLER PROVIDED BT HOME DEPOT.Reinstalled J box cover and toe panel. "JB out 7/15/23. Customer states that for about the last month or so in Washington is not cleaning will receive a spot on light colored garments and whites. Verified customer does not use liquid fabric softener. Liquid fabric softener if not introduced into the water at the correct time can leave quickly spots that will wash out. Tested wash it in bulky items cycle. Verified washer fills with water appropriately and agitate properly. Tested in drain and spin. Verify the water drains in Unit Spins properly. Unable to verify any mechanical problem at this time. found customer using tide HE turbo detergent, which is too highly concentrated for this HE or high-efficiency washing machine. Recommend customer use choice of powder or liquid. Any brand with one measured teaspoon maximum of detergent as HE detergent is very highly concentrated. HE turbo is six times the concentration of regular HE detergent and will affect performance of the washer.Advise customer of one time courtesy no charge. No charge to Customer. JOB COMPLETE"

"JB. Out 7/15/23. Customers complaint is the dryer does run and does dry but occasionally makes noises. Upon arrival verified this complaint to be addressed. Ran dryer and verified dryer. Is operating as designed and heating properly. Verify some dryer drum baffles have coins inside.These coins dropped within the confines of the baffle assembly as the drum Tumbles, and makes noise. Advised customer points can be removed at an additional cost for can be left in for the life of the machine and will not affect the operation. Customer has declined to have coins removed. No repair made. No charge to customer Job complete."

"JB out 7/15/23. Customer stated both sections not cooling and error code displayed.Upon arrival found Replace water filter and Locked icons illuminated on User Interface display. Inspected FF section found glass shelves COOL but not cold enough. FC section no foods stored inside, glass shelved very cold. Inspected evaporator coils at lowest point of freezer section (behind the bottom storage bin) and verified normal frost pattern on lowest run of the evaporator itself. Verified FC fan is running and circulating air properly. Removed toe panel grille and verified condenser coils or blocked.Tested air is entering the FF section from the RC section as designed. Advised customer to clean condenser coils every three months for the life of the product. Customer will today. Instructed customer how to remove and reinstall toe panel grille.No parts used. No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE"
