"Ran diagnostics. Had f9e1 error code. Not draining. Found pump harness connector backed out of pump. Reseated connector into pump. Locks/ unlocks, fills, agitates, drains, rinses, and spins properly at this time. Normal sound levels, vibration. Advised customer to install 285863 drain extension kit(. Not to use rubber hose ). Washer is working properly as designed. Complete."
