"Installed drive assembly and tested. Found the noise was coming from behind the bulkhead. Found the heater ducting and bulkhead flange were what was making the noise (sounded like a support wheel). Adjusted bulkhead and added dampening material. Tested unit and found no squeak. Unit checks ok. Customer states he has had multiple visits for this unit and that I was to call WPTS. Found the sound before they called me back . Customer states previous repairs were support wheel replacement , then greasing of that wheel( cleaned off grease and replaced support wheel when installing kit to avoid lint build up on dry bearing) motor replacement then adding foil tape to the motor and cabinet mating surface. This was done by a different servicer."

"Customer states they ran a soak cycle the unit did not fill with water, the LED on the console went out and the unit started draining without any water in it. When I arrived the unit was unplugged. Plugged in unit and it drained for about 5 minutes. Checked for faults and ran a service cycle then a soak cycle. There were no stored faults, the unit is on a polarized grounded CKT, it passes its service test and filled with water when I ran a soak cycle as designed. Called WPTS (7727723120) who stated that without faults and being that the service cycle passed that they can not recommend any parts at this time. They have said to have the customer monitor the unit and to report if problems reoccur . Calibrated unit."

" Unit is unplugged on arrival. Plugged unit in and drain pump began running steady with wash tub empty. Manually cancelled drain pump. Took quick pic of improper drain hose. F8E1-long fill no fillCleared faults and ran auto service test. Unit fills, agitates, drains and spins as designed.Tipped unit back and removed motor cover and found pulley has been rubbing into plastic guard due to overloading. Removed splutch and all are as designed.Tested tub suspension and is still firm with no bounce.Instructed cx on not over loading unit and to fix drainShowed cx issues with drain hose and showed customer how to hook up a new temporary drain stand pipe to allow use of u it due to homes drain plumbing issues. All ops are as designed job complete"
