"Upon arrival, inspected unit found the unit was giving F9 E1 error code, which is a long drain found that the drain line was connected to about 20 feet of hose into the consumers garden. I disconnected the hose that goes into the garden and put it into the downpipe for the main drain at this point the unit kicked on and drain erased error codes ran the unit through diagnostic cycle and a quick cycle load unit passed all tests and is working as intended job complete"

"JB OUT 10/12/23. Customer states after replacing water filter, no water flow from dispenser. Upon arrival inspected replace a water filter. Verified guaranteed General Electric brand filter but not installed fully. Instructed customer how to correctly install filter and turn 90° clockwise. Advise customer whenever replacing filter to flush approximately 2 to 3 gallons of water through the dispenser to bleed out air bubbles and rinse out charcoal. No charge to customer. Job complete."

"Checked the unit complaint unit takes a long time to fill and shuts off without completing the cycle, leaving the clothes, soaking wet, looked at the drain pipe. The drain pipe was 2 feet deep and the drain customer is getting a siphoning affect on the drain due to having the drain line to fart deep end of the drain standpipe due to the nature of the custom install of the washer being on a high pedestal I could not reach the drain line properly to zip tie for the customer. The customer is going to have their own people do. The drain pipe and make sure that only 6 to 8 inches is in the drain and zip tied the unit from being able to move out of the drain washer. Other than that should work as design."
