Customer states dryer is making a rattling noise and not drying properly. Checked for loose fasteners and wires. Adjusted fasteners holding left panel. Rattling sound went away. Customer had fabric selector set to delicate. Instructed customer to use regular heat setting when drying heavy duty articles of clothing like towels. Unit operating as designed. Job complete.
