Found the ice bin was full. Customer states he has sat by the unit since he has got it. He has been taking notes on ice production for the whole time. He states that he thinks there is a loose connection because he can get the IM to harvest when he shakes the fridge. Went through testing with WP. We found 120 vac to the ice maker the tech sheet does not seem to be the correct one for this unit( 7728580820). IM seems to be working correctly after checking the CKT from the control to the IM.

Customer states items are Freezing in the upper RH side of the RC. Found unit turned to its coldest setting. Found the control box was blocking the thermistor. Repositioned the control box so the thermistor was exposed to the RC and set the unit to its recommended temperature. Set the FC control to the coldest setting to restrict the amount of air coming into the RC and give the thermistor a chance to read the RC temp. Instructed customer to set the RC to a warmer setting if it is too cold in the RC.

F0E1. Over sudsing fault. Customer in on soft water and is using too much soap. The pedestal feet were not locked down. Secured the feet and customer instruct on soap with water softener. Unit tested ok with two towels. For payment. The pressure switch hose was pinched at the drain hose. Removed hose and routed it properly to prevent further issues
