"During the dismantling process of the UI panel in order to replace the control board, I came across a difficulty bringing such panel down and off. In the process of finding out what was holding the panel for coming off, I found that the (2) light bulbs sockets have actually melted the liner onto them and when tried to bring it down, the liner cracked on both sections. Note, this issue has to be documented with whirlpool as a none repairable. I have sent a total of (5) pictures and Garret provided me with an SR 7737512421."
