Installed actuator ordered last visit (in June) .Washer was unplugged upon arrival. Plugged in unit and it began to drain. Let unit drain for 5 minutes until it stopped. Checked for faults. None stored. Ran a service test and found the cold water was off. Turned on cold water and found the valve leaked. Tightened valve to stop the leak. This is the only place I could find a leak. The unit did not leak during the service cycle or when I started a normal load. Unit finished its service test without fault. Started a normal cycle and found the unit operating as designed .

JB Out 12/18/21 customer says while washing machine is filling with water it makes a high-pitched squealing sound intermittently. Tested washer in normal cycle. Verified intermittent high-pitched whining noise caused by defective Cold water faucet. Unable to adjust faucet. Customer will need to replace cold water faucet. Tested washer operation with customer. Unable to verify any other mechanical issues. No parts used. No charge to customer. Job complete
